How long does delivery take?

Leafar is currently fulfilled through pre-order batches due to high demand.

Our usual shipping time: 3-5 business days

Our current extended "Pre-Order" shipping time:

  • Processing + production: ~3–4 weeks
  • Delivery after shipping: ~3 days

Most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Our production and warehousing team are working around the clock to get your order to your door. Please reach out if you feel uneasy, and we will update you (even send you photos), of where your order currently is.

What does it mean if I receive a "pre-order" email?

We produce in small, fresh batches instead of storing large inventory.

This helps:

  • Maintain ingredient quality
  • Ensure better effectiveness
  • Avoid long warehouse storage

If you received a notification that your order has officially been categorized as a pre-order, please don't worry, as our team is working very hard to get the best product we can offer to your door.

When will my order ship?

If you haven’t received tracking yet, your order may still be in production.

If you have received a tracking number and your order status is sitting idle, reach out to us for a new tracking number, our team will ensure you stay up to date within 24 hours.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 3 days.

How do I know if I'm subscribed?

You are subscribed if you receive notifications your reshipment is processing and on the way.

You are always in control, check in with our customer support team if you have any questions. Thank you.

Will I get charged again automatically?

If you selected a subscription:

  • You can cancel anytime
  • You can skip or adjust future orders
  • We often push your next billing date so you receive your first order before any rebill

Tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive my package yet

Sometimes carriers mark items delivered early or leave them in a secure location.
