How It Works You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. This applies to first orders only. Simply contact us at hi@tryleafar.com and if your request is approved, we'll refund your original payment method. No need to send anything back. Please note a $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Wrong Items Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect? Contact us immediately at hi@tryleafar.com and we'll make it right.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges with no handling fee. If you're exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference will apply.

Refund Processing Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hi@tryleafar.com.

Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. To manage or cancel your subscription, log into your account portal at tryleafar.com at any time.

Non-Refundable Items Sale items, gift cards, and opened perishable goods are not eligible for refunds. Reach out if you have any questions about your specific order.

EU Customers Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day cooling off period. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
